1. Refund Policy

1.1 No Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds once the course is purchased and access is granted. All sales are final.

1.2 Exceptions - Technical Issues Only

Refunds will ONLY be processed in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Failed Payments: Payment was deducted from your account but course access was not granted due to payment gateway errors
• Duplicate Charges: You were charged multiple times for the same purchase
• System Errors: Technical error on our end that prevented proper course delivery

1.3 Refund Processing Time

Approved technical refund requests will be processed within 3-7 business days to the original payment method.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are not allowed once the course is purchased and access is granted. All purchases are final.

3. Shipping / Digital Delivery Policy

Space Drive Studios offers digital products and online courses only. Access is granted digitally upon payment completion. There is no physical shipping involved.
